that time my baby pooped all the poop in all the world

oh wait, that was today. this morning to be specific.

so first let me remind you about the breastfed baby's poop. mustard yellow liquidy poop. that's the kind my baby has. still reading? great. so edie pooped this morning and upon investigation i discovered (by discovered i mean i got it all over me and had to change before i could proceed any further) that she had pooped big. really big. so big it went all the way up her back to her armpits. all the way up her spine, and from shoulder blade to shoulder blade she was covered in poop.

i took all the poopy clothes off edie and washed all the poopiness away ('twas a bigger messier job than regular baby wipes could handle), put a clean nappy on and wrapped her in a blanket while i went in search of clean clothes. i came back and picked her up. she was a bit grumpy by this point so i decided to dress her while she sat in my lap. sounds good in theory right? uh no. i had just put a nice fresh onesie over her head when she puked all over it and me. i threw the onesie on the floor with all the poopy clothes and went to get more clean clothes for her and changed my top. after that i got her dressed and clean and poop free and we lived happily ever after. the end.
